I don’t know much about parps but you could look into clinical trials.
This link may be helpful to you it has lots of information ovacome.org.uk/webinar-reco...
Hello Niraparib didn't work for me. I wanted to try Rubacarib but was told that if one parp hasn't worked another is unlikely to as they all work the same, however if you are BRCA positive you have Olaparib available to you. I also don't qualify for some trials because I have already tried a parp. My team suggested more chemo which I have completed, there is no maintenance drug available for me now so just on watch and wait.
It would be a good for your mother to have a talk to her team and ask them what her continued plan is. Good Luck
Good morning Ali, sorry your mum’s parp has stopped working the same happened to me with Rubraca. I doubt mum will be offered another parp as my oncologist says if one doesn’t work no other will so she may be offered chemo like me. Some of the other ladies may have a more positive answer. I wish her well.
Love to you both. I’m sure you need it at the moment.

Zejula is giving me bad side effects, neuropathy and low blood counts. Had a blood transfusion and then back on. My weekly blood counts are low again and they took me off for 2 more weeks to build me up. Don’t know if they will lower the dose or do something different next week. I sure don’t like this parp side effects.
Well it seems the parp inhibitors work better if you have the mutation. Someone on the site mentioned she was negative but the cancer was positive...however in my case as i am negative they started me on taxol which does work so you are not out of options. Good luck
