Hi Welcome to the forum. I have been taking Lynparza (Olaparib) for 5.5 years and whilst it can cause fatigue I find it tends to give me issues when trying to get to sleep. I would say if you are sleeping a lot then this is fatigue kicking in. I hope it's going well for you xx Kathy xx

Hi

I’m not on Lynparza but wanted to welcome you to our group.

Suffered in the past from fatigue that used to wash over me from nowhere and I’d just have to close my eyes for a nap.

I hope the Lynparza is successful for you and doesn’t cause too many side effects.

Love and best wishes

Kim x 💜

HI there, I'm 5 weeks into Lynparza. The first 3 I just wanted to sleep but I would find I couldn't sleep at night. During week 4 I pushed myself to stay on schedule of early wake up and no naps. Now I'm sleeping at night again. I think you have to find the right groove; I was exhausted but as I get further into treatment I feel like it's regulating. My onc did say that if the fatigue does not get better they would reduce dose. How long have you been taking it?

I’ve just started taking it, and I’m very fatigued, and I feel like crap, I have no trouble sleeping at night either. Never felt this bad even when having chemo. Apparently it does get better. Just have to have faith.❤️
