Hi , I have been told by my GP that I need to lose 1and a half stone and increase my excercise due to high cholesteroI. I'm a size 12 and in the healthy BMI range. I'm mid 50's and do not want to join a slimming club but I need to follow a diet plan. I'm thinking of the NHS diet. I just wondered if anyone has tried the diet plan?
