I am so sorry you are going through these problems with drainage and stents: it sounds miserable but your attitude is amazing and inspiring! I hope your infection heals soon! Xoxo
Think your brother needs to go to spec Savers! 🤓 You look brilliant Angela 😀 Jenny x
Thank you xx It's because he remembers me as a young potter ! Have not touched clay for 50 years!
I know you don’t feel well but you look great xxxJuliaxxx
I dress like that normally - you look fabulous - keep on keeping on xx
You look great Angela , hope things improve for you very soon .
Love Sheila xxx
Hey Angela,
I read your other post, but didn’t reply on there...just wanted to say for someone going through so much c**p at the moment, you are looking very glamorous. Love the eccentric potter look - adds a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ to your appearance. Keep on trucking - you’ll get there in the end.

You look so well. You’re looking much more glam than me I’m totally camera shy at the moment
Really pleased to see an update sorry you’ve got so much to deal with. I think you’re incredibly strong. I had a total wimp out when presented with new tablets last night. They were designed on torpedoes to scale!
You’re in my thoughts hope they sort out the hiccups and banish the aliens

I dont really look well at all ! BUT my secret is Nivea tinted moisturiser . ( about £3 99 ) Really ! The moment I put it on , everyone says how well I look . A bit of blusher and mascara and I'm done ! Without , I am featureless and whey faced , I promise you . Have been feeling awful and a wonderful doctor told me to go home , put your face on and wear some colour : she was Italian ! so I have taken her at her word .
Bravo!! You look Ab Fab!! Well done for keeping up your spirits in the face if such adversity!!
Wishing you great healing!!
Much love JackieO xxx
I think you look fab. Bohemian babe springs to mind!!!!
You look fabulous!! After all you have gone through you wouldn't know it when you look so glamorous.
Sending love and hugs.

Angela, I think I'd like to take up pottery in the hope I can look so interesting. You're truly amazing. Some people don't look this good because they've got the common cold. Nivea, eh?
Absolutely Nivea ....I use all their stuff , and Johnson's Natural baby bath and cream . Cheap as chips and why spend more . Lands End nightdresses are great ... ....I wear their medium , you would need their petite , small ! Gosh , I going girly in my old age ! Xx
I've looked up Lands End, I'd never heard of it, well the place obviously but not the clothes. There's no way you can tell it's a nightdress, very glam.
Like Angela, I am a great fan of Lands End but only the sales.
They have quite a wide petite range - important for we three. Their flannel PJs are great. The clothes last extremely well. The men in my life are more or less top to tail in it and pretty much all my coats and jackets are too.
You just have to strike lucky and you don't always. There's a permanent sale page if you want to look.
I'm hoping to cross paths with Angela on Tuesday and I hope she will be coming armed with advice as to which hue of tinted moisturiser I should get. This is all new to me as I've never really bothered. Clearly her colouring and mine are not similar.
I too aim for a bit of bella figure very occasionally! xx
I'll certainly investigate Lands End further, thanks. Good luck with the foundation matching, I've read that your face shouldn't end up a different colour from your neck so ensure it blends in well. I certainly wear a lot more make-up when I'm undergoing chemo than I do normally, even nail varnish to cover up Taxol nails. Of course, nothing can match the 60's excesses, when my mother told me I looked like a panda!
Say hello to Angela on Tuesday as I won't be there after all, no more overnights on the first Mondays are required after Cycle 2. Although that is not at all the way I read the protocol. I will have to take it with me on Mon and double check they are right.
However, I will be there Tues, 13th so hope to see you then. I'll be scanning and chemo-ing all in the one day so I might be singing songs from Harpist's brilliant post.
All the best Chris!
Wow you look absolutely fab!!! To say what you’ve been through recently it’s amazing how great you look (how you feel is probably very different I know!!)
I’m loving the eccentric potter look and what do brothers know! What an inspiration you are xx
Hugs and much love
Bev 💖💖
You are so supportive ! It makes such a difference . In hospital for so long , I was really losing it , but better at home . Back in on the 9th to have ureters reviewed re stents ( put in during the eight hour op ) to remove or replace ? ) . Bladder needs dry environment in which to heal , ureters adding to dampness , consultant bladder lady in two minds ....I will be under another general , so decision will be made without me !
I intend to go back as bright as I can be ,whilst dreading the prospect .
Hugs on airwaves xx
Love the look, I add a BB Cream to hide my face well my real face, I feel I have aged this year but what the heck I am here to say it
Angela, I love your look - and the colour of your nightie dress is beautiful and suits you so well!
Tinted moisturiser is my best friend now - especially as I now have blepharitis and can’t wear mascara! Bring on the lipstick!
You are an inspiration as Bev has said.
Love and best wishes to you, Ali x
Great look Angela! Would never know it was a nightdress, love the colour and the scarf and beads set it off beautifully! Yes Italians set great store by ‘la Bella figura’ - appearances, but it’s to do with how it makes you feel inside as well and I think they have something. I know on the days i’ve managed to get showered, dressed and a bit of makeup on during my hospital stay i’ve Somehow felt more in control of things. Tinted moisturiser is just great as is blusher!! Keep rocking the potter look and hope the infection is getting knocked into shape ie out altogether!
You really do inspire us all
Love, Madeline.

You look amazing, fab colour and doesn’t look like a nightdress at all, I might have a look. Super photo! Nicola (ps. Ok i need to get tinted moisturiser, great tip).
I think thats a great pic! You are going through so much but look beautiful xx
You look quite lovely, my dear. I think spiffing up a bit helps the psyche almost as much as happy meds. I'm going to look into the moisturizer for sure. I hope you will soon feel as well as you look. Hugs, Jill
I have some tinted moisturiser at the back of my drawer and will definitely bring it back to the front for daily use.
You look fabulous.
You look beautiful xxxx
Wow you look amazing!!!! Just love the style XX
Fab look, Angela!! Love it. Hope things better for you soon. Solange xx😊
Wow! Beautiful lady, your brother needs to get his eyesight checked. I hope you start to feel better very soon lovely lady ❤️Xx Jane
You look great! I am all about black in my clothes and you have such a flair for color! I should learn fro you. Sorry you felt badly after this picture and hope you continue to improve. oxoxx Judy
You look fabulous and are such an inspiration. I’m so sorry for everything you’ve been through and I hope it all gets sorted very soon.
The Nivea people don’t realize what a great model they have-you need to send them a bill!
Take care, wishing you all the best, Christine
You look and sound amazing! Who wants to be dull and boring? Not me (or you!)
Keep fighting and keep us posted xx
I think you look smashing!!!
Now I don't feel so bad about my fashion adjustments but I don't carry them off with the same aplomb as you, not even close! I salute you Gina xx
