Yes, there are often differences in the amounts of certain nutrients between BoneBalance and One A Day. Here are some key points to consider:

BoneBalance:

Higher Levels of Bone-Specific Nutrients: Typically contains more calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D than a general multivitamin. These nutrients are crucial for bone health and density.

Specialized Formulation: May also include vitamin K and other ingredients specifically aimed at supporting bone metabolism.

One A Day:

Balanced Nutrient Profile: Offers a range of vitamins and minerals, but the amounts of specific nutrients may be lower than those found in BoneBalance, especially those focused on bone health.

Variety in Formulations: Different versions (like One A Day Women's or Men's) have varying nutrient levels tailored to general health needs.

Hi, thanks for your reply. It is very confusing though and difficult to work out a 'do it yourself' plan for your bones. But I hope I will do myself more good than harm and keep on trying things.

Just be careful about the increased calcium. The body can only absorb 500mg at one time and increase could end up in blood stream instead of bones. I am glad to see though that it contains d3 and k2 which help to push calcium into the bones.
