I've mentioned this elsewhere but thought it might be helpful to start a new post about this. For those who want to stay within HealthUnlocked, there's a Bone Health group that is open to everyone and which I can recommend. It's based in the UK and loosely linked with the Royal Osteoporosis Society: healthunlocked.com/bonehealth

HealthUnlocked isn't ending, just the American Bone Health group. The UK one is continuing healthunlocked.com/bonehealth

You just need to be aware that American and British Vitamin D blood measures are different. If I tell you your blood level needs to be at least 75, that's nmol/litre and translates to 30ng/ml in the US! Oh yes, and pants here are underwear 😂
