Best weighted Vest? I especially need help with the spine. Reading of -3.5. Any suggestions?

I have the same number as you. I walk with a weighted vest, although I don't know what kind it is, and I joined a boot camp.... Hoping for the best!

I have a question, as I have looked at several weighted vests...some also have weighted shorts... Has anyone tried the shorts? Looks like those might be good for hips/ lower spine - but don't know....
