Hi, has anyone tried Zinc L Carsinine for Gerd? I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I tried zinc carnosine last year and really did seem to help my GERD. However, after about a month I got some palpitations so I stopped taking it, but it could have been coincidence. I think it is definitely worth a try, especially if you start on a lower dose. Good luck.
