18 years before oesophageal cancer I had mantle radiotherapy for Hodgkins Disease. Anyone else out there who had that treatment?

Nobody responding at the moment, Julia, but we will ask around. Incidentally, I do believe that after this length of time it really counts as a fresh illness as it were. I do know several people who have had a fresh lot of cancer a good many years after their first bout, and the second lot seems to be treated with no reduction in the chances of a good recovery.
