Roscea driving me mad!!

Good Morning,

I have a really bad outbreak of roscea on my face.

In the past I have had it but never this bad before and I am having no luck clearing it up with topical cream and antibiotics.

I am wondering if any of you have had the same issue and if so do you have any advice on what might help?

I see a lot of written material about gut health and roscea being related due to the healthy and unhealthy bacteria.

Eating is a chore due to dumping syndrome and I take a probiotic but would love to know any of your hints and tips to try.

Good evening to you,

Are you able to figure out the trigger for this times episodes you have had before too so possibility of correlating the triggers, including activities, stress etc all.

I use Zerobase cream but not just as an emollient, I also use it instead of soap on my face as most soaps seem to make it worse, so basically I wet my face with clear water, use a dollop of zero base all over like liquid soap, wash it off and pat dry with a towel, seems to work for me anyway.
