Mind Body and your caretaker

Been thinking about writing this for a long time.

What might help us to tide the situations

- I am doing SKY MEDITATION. Check ‘ art of living’ app and the organization. It’s really awesome and gives me my space of peace, calm and tranquillity

- respect all feedbacks from your body , pay attention to changes - boy we all go through it as if in weather seasons :) . Make a note of food that’s troubling and quantity that’s troubling while keeping an eye on how much we chew and spacing between each bite .. optimal. Trying to find that optimal thing by pattern study

- excercise - to me it’s walking in sun , trails and garden work ( this year is year of sunflower and it’s positivity !) and of-course plying with kids

- remember our care takers go through a lot. My wife is my lighthouse and always will be. Pls take care of your caretaker by being patient , thanking them for understanding and if there is something irritating go back to my first bullet point :)

- think long term and tide short term- for me I look at my kids to get that motivation, positive spirit

- if you are working in a heavy paced env , ensure take breaks and also put away negativity and be appreciative of what your org gave you over years and avoid all kind of hate … it’s doesn’t help. Take it easy , don’t worry about raise , promotions and fame for two-three years :) - that’s easy lol

- find happiness in ALL small things around you .. even a good feel morning and night

- I listen to couple of spiritual songs - like Chris Tomlin .. it’s ok to give your worries to someone which ever god/power it is and gain strength , confidence and include care taker in that if he/she is ok with it

Rest later !

Hi Beena, this is so true... I started to have problems when I forgot to listen to my body. Only small ones and now back on track. My husband, my family, my dogs and my garden are my therapy.
