Would start a food diary of what you have eaten / tried to eat . Give it no more than 5 days and get back to your GP . I had a long battle to be seen at my local hospital but the more info you give and the more serious you sound eventually does the trick .

I have been writing down what I eat just to see if I can find what triggers it. I have also been to ENT in the hospital who diagnosed it. Given me a LPR diet, but said it might take 2-3 weeks before I notice difference. It is difficult to tell what makes it worse. Some days better than others not sure why.
