Can I get Helicobactor Pylori infection twice?

Hello, I'm new here. Been taking Lansoprazole 15mg for excess acid for a long time. Occasionally get flare-up with pain under right shoulder blade. Once had discomfort under right ribs and was treated for Hellicobactor Pylori infection.

Just now have pain under right shoulder blade and under right ribs and slight discomfort after swallowing. Feels worse in the morning, lying down and better after Gaviscon. Has anyone had similar symptoms please?

Suggest you seek medical advice as mentioned swallowing problem, more likely not anything serious but to be sure do see you GP.

Thank you Dave. I don't have a problem with swallowing but about 3 seconds after swallowing I get a twinge as though the food/drink passes a sore place
