How horrible I've not suffered from this,I don't no if anyone else can help you, would drinking plenty of water with food help, I usually have a drink with me to help soften the food xx

Hi have you had an endoscopy lately. Maybe you need a stretch. I sometimes get this with bread but have to bring it up. Chewing well and maybe sips of water otherwise. Not pleasant.

You don’t say if you have a diagnosis. If you have achalasia then coke or pepsi may assist a little.
