Short stomach pain

Once every month I experience intensive stomach pain that is followed by the need to vomit instead I get a build up of salty fluid in my mouth that I keep throwing out but this only last for about 10-15mins. Then it stops till the next month. It’s usually so painful it’s scary.

No. At first I thought it as ovulation symptoms but then for a few months it disappears.
