Hi and there is me after two years desperately trying to put it on! But we both have problems with weight perhaps it is trying to do more exercise - walking dogs is a great way but it must be things you enjoy like dancing and swimming walking etc - perhaps also a dietitian could help. Hope you work things out.

Have you done any swimming since your op? Several people have said they have problems with reflux when swimming, because of the position, with the head level with what now passes for the stomach.

Yes I go once a week I do breaststroke and I can do crawl for a bit also swim in sea. But only do it for enjoyment. I do 12 lengths I only get the odd reflux at night. Hope it helps Lorayne
