Need to loose weight

Hi lost 3 stone after Ivor Lewis op. And have now put 2 stone back on. But I don’t eat as much as I used to any surgestions on how to loose it without getting dumping and dips

Hi and there is me after two years desperately trying to put it on! But we both have problems with weight perhaps it is trying to do more exercise - walking dogs is a great way but it must be things you enjoy like dancing and swimming walking etc - perhaps also a dietitian could help. Hope you work things out.

Thanks. We have a labradoodle so walk her will start swimming again. Also sea swimming when weather stays good. I work will re vamp food. I have yogurt and fruit for breakfast. cheese and crackers go lunch with tomato cucumber. And a meal in eve. But with work I don’t until 9pm. And a glass of wine in eve

Have you done any swimming since your op? Several people have said they have problems with reflux when swimming, because of the position, with the head level with what now passes for the stomach.

Yes I go once a week I do breaststroke and I can do crawl for a bit also swim in sea. But only do it for enjoyment. I do 12 lengths I only get the odd reflux at night. Hope it helps Lorayne
