i got my wedge pilow with a 50% discount through this forum, just a ordinary wedge pillow but it works
It looks comfy. Can Ivor Lewis patients sleep on there side? I thought it would cause reflux or aspiration? My Mum has the wedge from Putnam the OPA recommend, it seems to be doing the job, she is 8 weeks post op. It is very comfy.
I'm 2.5 years post-op and sleep with very slight elevation but find that reflux is much more likely when I move (in my sleep, of course) to a side position rather than staying on my back.
I have an adjustable bed and find sleeping on my side is much more likely to give me reflux even when sleeping in an elevated position.
