cold Hands
I wonder if it is to do with circulation? It may just be that your body concentrates on healing itself still, and reducing the circulation to the extremities is a nature's way of dealing with priorities? But having a blood pressure check might be worthwhile?
Thanks alan I also have had a heart bypass so after two major op,s I would think it is to do with circulation its been five years since my operation I just thought it would get better.
Yes I also have very cold hands. I put it down to loss of weight and possibly the chemo having an effect of some of my nerve ends. I have only just put my gloves away!
Six years on and still cold hands, I also get cold wrists find myself clasping my right one without realising it. I put it down to weight loss and circulation. Feel the cold generally so put on lots of layers.
Might be worth purchasing a pair of wrist gaiters. They are fingerless gloves made from light fleece material. You can buy them at outdoor/activity shops. I bought a pair last Christmas in the Lake District and wore them all winter indoors and under gloves when I went out. Apparently we loose a lot of heat through our wrists.
