Hi can anyone recommend a good diet? I have tried looking on the site but i cannot find anything maybe its just me as i'm not very technical

If this link works, you're welcome to this pdf copy of "Cool Food" cookbook produced by Barrett's Wessex a few years back for those with acid reflux problems. Don't know how well it squares up for those who have had oesophagectomies, though.

If the problem is too much acid then try an alkali diet. you can find one quite easily on the web.Good luck
