I have had this problem a few times.and found out it was due to me eating to much calliflower and Broccoli especially the stalks of the vegetables.I now tend to avoid Cauliflower and always cut off the stackes of broccoli..You could also try taking Alka Selsa this did help me once to get rid of the smell. The next time I had to get something stonger from the Doc.

Its nothing to worry about and I hope you get rid of it soon.

Regards

Phil

The bad egg smell is to do with the process of swallowing air when we eat. The oxygen gets absorbed from the liquid in your system, leaving more nitrogen behind. Actimel and bio yoghurts might help a bit. Plus trial and error re changes of diet.
