Never been exactly sure how this differs from regular OCD. In any case OCD takes so many different forms. I do internal as well as external neutralizing. Does this count as Pure O?
Like Sallyskins said, OCD does take many forms. And for some reason it switches up on me sometimes. I personally feel it's all anxiety. I have one intruisve thought/ word that constantly repeats in my head. I use to Google everytime it happened, but now I let it pass. It still can be bothersome though. I don't know if this is a hidden complusion now because like I said I use to Google to take the anxiety away. I'm confused on this too.
