I don't have Osteoarthritis but the Nan and grandad (my dad's parents) who raised me plus my nan's sister and mother all suffered with it and my other Grandad (my mum's dad) as they got older all suffered with it may I get it when I get older? I am only 36 but my joints are already starting to get weak and painful! My left knee is so weak that at times it buckles under me when I am walking! I have been an Epileptic since birth so they have had a lot of stress put through them!

Hi, osteoarthritis is very common in almost everyone as you get older, so not necessarily because your grandparents and other family members have it. you say your knee buckles? Have you seen the doctor for advice on why.
