Hi, as a sufferer of osteoarthritis I’m hoping someone may be experiencing the same as myself and can offer some support. I’ve had a right hip replacement and will in time need my left hip doing plus probably my right one again too. I’ve also got osteoarthritis in my neck/spine and I’m sure it contributes to my dizzy spells. I have looked online and have come across some head turning exercise recommended to help. Does anyone else experience any giddy spells because of neck or spine osteoarthritis? And has anyone tried any of the exercises ?

Neck/spine osteoarthritis pain
Hi, I have the same problems with Osteoarthritis and have done so for many years. No matter the mild exercise I apply only stops the stiffening of the part of the body that's affected. Of course you'll already know this. To be honest ever since I began taking an opioid, pains & stiffness have gone. Also, all the hullabaloo about becoming a highly addicted screwball, isn't really true. I live well with my doctor's advice, doing what I'm told, and for many years too. All the best.
I do gentle stretches for my neck … by bending my head to right shoulder slowly guided by my right hand and repeat same with left side and then bend my head down until I feel a light stretch on my upper back. Have you tried getting a different pillow? I found my pillow is the only helpful pillow I have bought for my neck issues.
