Duloxotine, is it time for a change?

I am on Duloxotine for OA pain, nerve pain and also to stabilise my mood swings. I am finding my mood fluctuates through out the day and also I need to top up with Codydramol to try and control the pain. Is it time to change to something else?

Any advice would be so appreciated.
