I recently came across this Creaky Joints blog post called "Doing Chores with Arthritis Is a Real Pain, But These 12 Tips Can Help a Little." What are your strategies for getting through your to-do list?

None of these are bad ideas, but can I point out the irony in suggesting you "write down everything you need to do in a week", which in itself can be a difficult task if you have arthritis in your fingers/hands/wrists? What about using the dictation feature on your cell phone to keep track of tasks instead of pencil/paper?

I liked the suggestion about having cleaning supplies upstairs and downstairs - when we moved into our house I did that, and it's made life so much easier.

Thanks for your post, Osteopot. I like your suggestion to use dictation. It's a great feature for making lists and reminders.
