Whew, that first week was challenging for me. I did not walk as long as I had hoped and I did not walk the full 3 days. Unfortunately, I started having some hip pain so I backed out. I hope this week will be a better one for me. How did YOUR first week go? If you have not started yet, don't worry, there is still time.
