How does Nutriri Mindful Eating work?
Hi. I am new to this community. I wanted to let you know what I know about being mindful because no one else has answered your question.
Mindful eating is really about paying attention to your body, particularly your stomach, and stopping when you are full. It helps to stop one from overeating. Typically, you do this by removing distractions, noise, that takes your attention away from knowing when you are full. You can also use this opportunity to have a sip of water in between your bites.
