Mindful eating may help a food addiction. Have you done any research on Mindful Eating?

I have that to at the moment I'm controlling it and I've lost weight but I find it hard to keep losing it and start over eating again any help on how to stop it will be welcome please?

Mindful eating takes a long time to master. However, since you are losing weight now it is a great time to start. This link will get you started. Keep a food journal too. It will help you pinpoint why you eat, especially when over-eating. diet.mayoclinic.org/diet/mo...
