Hello- I am new to the group. I am beginning my journey with changing my relationship with food. I have lost about 30 pounds over the past few years but have come to a point where if I want to continue to loose I need to focus on some of my bad habits. I have also installed a mindful eating app to help with this. I am interested in hearing other people thoughts on how if they used mindfulness to change bad habits and dealing with stress, fatigue, anxiety etc without overeating. I am looking forward to this.
