anybody live around houston,tx (downtown area) that has jra or ra???

im 24 in have jra since i was 9years old. so anybody want to share stories advice?

Hi xtinamarie. I don't live anywhere in the USA but in England. Welcome to the site where you will get lots of support from other members.

I am certain there are some members who had JRA and still have it now they are adults so hopefully they will respond to your blog.

What treatment are you on now? I assume you are on Methotrexate or whatever the equivalent is in USA. How are you managing? Would be interested to know how you are getting on with it.

right now honestly im not on any foundation meds. but i currently take 10mg of prednisone & 200mg2xday of celebrex. i also taking 10-325mg of hydrocodon for pain after surgeries. 10-325mg asprin 1mg of folic acid iron 325mg oh yeah calcium if i remember im bad. my rhemy dr we decided to wait till im done with my surgries to begin with the foundation meds again. right now even though im going through all these surgeries it hasnt been as hard as i thought it would be. for that i am happy. Nov. 21 2011 is suppose to be next surgery so lookinh forward to that right. thanks for the wishes. ~xtinamaie~
