I think you have spondyloarthritis rather than RA? if so, then some of the RA exercises won't be right for you. Exercises for Spondyloarthritis are on this website nass.co.uk/exercise/ (but these won't always be the right ones for people with RA!)

As everyone is affected differently it's usually a good idea to get some specialist, personalised advice from a physiotherapist. And when starting a new exercise regime always take it slowly, building up the amount you're doing a little at a time. yes, Minka, thats a form of Spondyloarthritis - a bit different from RA.

yep just looked on usa web site its a name given to somthing thats well not quite diagnosed but fits the bill of associated diseses.

anyone know what sulphazine tabs are like and any effects to them
