No problem with it - I love it! However, I have issues with cuppa soups - not so much sick, but like a tightening of my throat/neck, and headache. Discovered lots of additives in most, but there should be nothing like that in natural yoghurt. It has cultures, but they are meant to be healthy for us, so afraid I don't know why you'd have that reaction. You're not eating strawberries or something like that with it are you, as many people can have a bad reaction with them?

thankyou for answer i love yogurt also the only other thing i can think of is that i have had a lot of plums lately and grapes as i am on a diet oh what a game x i was diagnosed in june so just starting to accept things and now have started having this sickness and headache do you find that it just seems to be one thing after another oh well we must keep smiling thanks again xxx

I have been dairy and caffeine free for the past few weeks and most of my joint pain has vanished. It's hard avoiding natural yoghourt though because I love it - and cheese too! Trying not to get overexcited about being relatively pain free because this could also be hormonal - and also I'm incredibly tired just now. but I will re-introduce the dairy and caffeine in a month or so and see if joint pain returns so then I know conclusively. Will let you know how I get on.

Could it be something else? I do hope you can sort this out, could it be an interaction with meds?
