I opened my car door today and somehow managed to hit my forehead then hit it again! I don't know how it happened but it hurts. I presume my arm did its jerky thing TWICE!

I bet it was the top of the door of the car. I have done that. I hope that your head is better this morning. xxx
Sandra - Once is unfortunate, twice is just extreme. I'm intrigued by the jerky arm thing though, it could be a bit of a liability from the sounds of it.

put cold compress and arnica on it so no bruise but it's tender.
