WAs wondering if anyone has had balance, eye issues,brain fog, mental confusion, sickness, shiveryeitj Filgotinib?

How vile if you’ve got all that lot! I had slight dizziness when I first started it in June last year. Since then my dose has been reduced from 200 to 100mgs daily due to age (71) and falling lymphocytes and I’ve had no other side effects. This being my second JAK (first Baricitinib) they work well for me.

Others on this site will no doubt be along shortly as I know they’ll report experienced side effects. On the whole, I think it’s pretty well tolerated but sadly not by you. Worth getting in touch with your rheumatology team if you’ve given it a reasonable go and see what they say but it may not be the one for you. At least if you come off it it’s out of your system within a couple of days. Do hope you don’t have to suffer for too long.

Hi there,

Sorry you're having al those issues. I was on Filigotinib last year but had to stop taking it because I got cold/flu symptoms for a few months which only went away when I stopped taking it. They were the only symptoms, but my Rheumatology nurse agreed it wasn't for me. I believe it has been great for others, with minimal side effects.
