Hi all, just wondering if any of you out there ever have problems with div

I was diagnosed with diverticulosis in 2011, RA in 2018. For me attacks of diverticulitis since then have been triggered by stress as much as anything else. I try to stick to a reasonably healthy high fibre diet, avoid too much spicy food, and swear by my porridge and banana for breakfast. I had a couple of attacks in the year after my husband died, but have been OK for the last year. Keeping fingers crossed!
