stopping hydroxychloroquinne and flare pain symptoms?

Hi

please can anyone tell me what symptoms they got when stopping hydroxychloroquine?

I have had a permanent sore throat for 4 months but gp can't find the reason, all my oral swabs keep coming back negative.

I was wondering if a flare can cause throat and or neck pains as well as joint pains ?

then of course is the associated fibromyalgia pains...dohh

any help in trying to symtom sort would be great
