I made a short video talking about some of the gadgets I use on a regular basis to help me with my RA. Hopefully there will be something on there that people recently diagnosed will find useful

Very interesting and helpful. I use the grabber a lot and most of the others to varying degrees. Haven't got a pill popper though 😄

When you say get from occupational health do you mean buy from them ?

Hi, my occupational health team gave me the gadgets for nothing. They obviously have a budget for items to support people. Not sure if that’s the case everywhere. Thank you for the comments

I love mine and the fact it’s got the drawer means the tablets don’t go everywhere
