I use sensadine extra. It helps my mouth & gums. Hope that helps. Sure there will be lots of ideas popping up.
I use Duraphat 5000. I get it on prescription from my dentist, but you can buy it on line. It’s pricey!
I’ve suffered with sensitive teeth for years and it can be so debilitating. My private dentist always says Sensodyne but the hygienist recommended a mouthwash called Gengigel which is quite good for when your mouth is sore and also a toothpaste called Curaprox which is good. And the softest toothbrush possible (also from Curaprox). I get them online direct as that seems to be the cheapest way.
Sensodyne pro enamel recommended by my dentist
My dentist also recommended sensodyne. I used to put/ rub on the teeth that were hurting as well as using it as toothpaste. One tube usually cleared things. Change in the weather highlights any ‘weaknesses’. Putting it on teeth as a cream is like giving your teeth a little blanket. 🥰
Hi, I use Colgate sensitive multi protection, which I find better than sensodyne, and it really does give instant relief. My dentist also puts on varnish to help with the sensitivity. It does wear off through time, but does work. Good luck, as I can empathise as the pain from sensitive teeth can be just awful, and that’s putting it mildly!
Tried lots of different sensitive toothpastes .Best think I have found and use is Regerate from Boots not cheap but works
Mine are the same. I use Sensodyne but it doesn't really help. I use salt and water for a mouthwash and it stings but does help. Don't swallow it though. It is horrible.
Duraphat from dentist works good
