I sometimes get pompholyx eczema (thankfully a lot less since I’ve been on RA medication) which causes incredibly itchy little blisters on my fingers. I’m wondering if it could be that. Although not directly linked to RA it is another autoimmune condition. I’d take some photos and show them to your GP. The only thing which brings me any relief is hydrocortisone cream, you can buy it over the counter at chemists. Here is the NHS link about it, although mine usually looks more like this photo taken from the American Eczema page. nhs.uk/conditions/pompholyx...

Finger with little blisters on the side.

Me too, I used to get in the palm of both hands too, very itchy, also known as dyshidrotic eczema. It can go away on it's own, but steroid cream helps too.

Oh gosh, that’s exactly what I get sometimes. I had no idea what they were, just assumed a reaction to something. Very itchy.

I have the dubious pleasure of dyshidrotic eczema too .

As per other replies, my first thought was that it sounds like it could be pompholyx. I’ve had this on and off for the last 5 years.

I've had this pompholyx for years when it gets hot. Apart from hydrocortisone cream and keeping cool, I don't know what else to do...

I don’t know if it’s related to having RA, but I also have had episodes of dyshidrotic eczema on my hands and feet. Skin patch testing through a dermatology clinic helped identify and confirm some of my allergens and avoiding those things has been extremely helpful in reducing, nearly eliminating these rashes for me. I definitely recommend submitting to patch testing if it’s available even if it means sponge baths for a few days while the patches are on. Itchy rashes can be torturous!

I had exactly as in the photo posted for years on and off sine my late teens. On my palms, fingers and under my finger nails. Drs said it was dermatitis ( ??!) and gave me hydro cortisone cream ....but I had no idea that it was autoimmune connected until I developed RD and put the two together ( along with several other AI thingys along the way...) Hydrocortisone cream is effective 👍

Yep me too have had them pop up for years even before RA also have had them on elbows and knees before too. Been a while since I had an outbreak thankfully. Once the blisters have gone the skin goes rock hard and peels in one piece. So yeah not a big issue but drives you nuts with being itchy.

Yup…several lumps on some fingers. They are a pain in the proverbial.
