I had RA diagnosed in early 2018 and I am in remission. Initially I was on MTX 20mg weekly which was tapered off at a dose of 2.5mg at a time, and the last one was done in February 2021
I have had this right shoulder pain for over 2 months now. So far I had 5 treatments with a private chiropractor and the pain gets slightly better but it can move to my upper arm, under arm or elbow occasionally. I can move my arms without difficulty but the chronic nagging pain persists. Any home machine can help? Or to see a physiotherapist to get a better outcome?

Do you have a diagnosis from the chiropractor?Once you know why you have the pain, it is easier to work out what sort of treatment to have. Physiotherapists are usually good at diagnosing musculo-skeletal pain.
Thank you. Sport physio is also recommended by a friend who has back pain. My shoulder blade pain is acute compared with the back pain. Thanks again , will try a sport physio soon.
