Hi I’m currently experiencing fatigue, breathlessness, palpitations and feel awful. I don’t have any inflammation and my markers are ok? Anyone have the fatigue etc without the inflammation?
Ill without inflammation: Hi I’m currently experiencing... - NRAS
Ill without inflammation
If you are getting breathless do please contact your doctor..... It could be nothing, but better to be safe.
I think a lot of people are having those symptoms right now ....both those with & without RA.I think we all think we are being brave little soldiers during this pandemic.....but for nearly a year now our lives haven’t been our own, and it’s bound to have some sort of affect...not being able to see friends & family can be really stressful.
Have a word with your rheumy nurse & see if she thinks you need to see your Consultant.
It will set your mind at ease...& you will probably find more people will open up abut their feelings if you mention how you are feeling to your friends.
I know people I have always thought of as super capable have admitted they have worrying physical signs that they put down to the situation we find ourselves in.
Talk to somebody about how you feel.....it’s very reassuring to know others are feeling the same way.
a quick call to be checked as I had this and was steroids but it helped being reassured. I have horrendous fatigue and inflammation in bloods never shows what is going on for me. I was getting heart palpitations mainly at night so I would do deep breathing with a calm audio on to help get me relaxed again too.
Great advice Deeb
You need to talk to your GP. Please don’t wait.
I had similar a couple of years ago. Turned out to be just one vitamin deficiency. I had to take quite a lot of it to bring the levels up but it didn’t take too long. After a week, I was a little better and after two weeks, back to normal. Couldn’t believe how dreadful I felt over something I would have thought to be insignificant.
I’m not trying to diagnose you. I’m just saying it could be something simple, easy to treat with the right diagnosis.
You need to get it sorted.
Good luck.
It is entirely possible your symptoms are unrelated to RA - it is as a matter of urgency that you speak to a doctor. If the breathlessness is bad enough to stop you having a conversation you need to go to A&E x
Please get this checked out today if you haven’t already. I had this too and needed immediate treatment. Please don’t hesitate.
