Bless my hubby he really is a God send. This week has been a busy one for him with work socially been busy as well. This afternoon he said he is so tired. I told him to pop off to bed for an hour or so. After a snooze we had dinner and he said I don’t know how you mange day to day fatigue it’s terrible isn’t it how do keep going. Bless him didn’t say yours isn’t fatigue love your tired.🙄😁

So hard for people to understand...even nearest and dearest. Hope your hubby feels refreshed for his 40 winks, something fatigue doesn't make us feel sad to say.

Bless him. He is a real gem isn’t he. Fatigue is such a hard thing to explain isn’t it. I am really struggling with fatigue lately.

Communication is not my strong point at the moment either. Hope your scan went ok for you. I am just about to get tucked up in bed. So bad that I need to go to bed so early. Not to worry though. Just going to try and go with it. Hope you are ok?

The fact his thoughts were of you, even though tiredness is a world away from fatigue, speaks volumes. X

My husband gets stroke fatigue (although less often now 5 years on) and I've only had RA fatigue once when it first appeared last December so our positions are reversed really. Sometimes I can see it when we wake up so I make him a coffee, have breakfast and then take his up to bed. If I'm not working, I take a hot drink and go back to bed and keep him company reading so he feels less lonely and "useless". When I told a close friend, she commented that he was lucky that I was so understanding and I was amazed - but I suppose that some people find it hard to understand real fatigue....
