i just gone back to work after month off still not settled with flare up crying all the time when home

Any possibility of doing a phased return to work? Otherwise you are going to need longer off work until the flare settles!

Please go back to your GP asap as this is not fair or right. You might need more time off or something else is happening as some bugs, not always a flare can make you feel ill. x
