I’m having a moan as I’m in pain as we all do, got work commitments I can’t get away from and dreading getting up tomorrow for another heavy day.

A moan
Hi beanie boy, I hear and feel for you! No fun having a heavy job while battling all this pain. If you can’t stay off work to rest, make sure you keep your pain levels down and pace yourself with plenty rests in between. Thinking of you! X
Ta AngelMar, thanks and sound advice x

Thinking of you. Be as kind to yourself as job will allow....or even not as job will allow think of yourself at times like this. Let us know how your day goes.
Its hard going beanieboy, hope your day goes as well as it can.
Sometimes a moan can help to share as we all understand. I am lucky I guess am retired so don't have the added pressure of work. Hope your day goes better than you anticipated. Gentle hugs.

Hi, your post doesn't indicate if you have any ailments, if you don't be glad that you have the strength to get up, then get to work ,however hard that work might be, For me I haven't the strength to get up on my own, bathe & dress myself and daily need a carer. If you need none of this be happy & put up with the mundane, some of us would like to be in that position but our ailments don't allow us that luxury.

That’s not very supportive of you IKeith. I’m sure beanieboy has ‘ailments’ or he wouldn’t be here. We all need support at some time even those who can go to work usually. Beanieboy just wanted someone to hear how he was feeling yesterday. Supportive words can make a great difference to people.
Hope you’re feeling a bit better today beanieboy.
Hi I Keith, yes I have ailments in both ankles, knees and shoulders occasionally in the hips, in order to get going in the morning I wake up an hour before I would normally have to to get ready for work. I do this to take tramadol in order to get up. If I didn’t I wouldn’t move. I am seeing RA on the 10th as it’s getting worse, I’ve been off DMARDS now for a while as they really made me ill. I hope there will be a biological that will help.
As for work, I’m a self employed engineer who has people who work with me, but the buck stops with me. As I hope you can understand i am fighting hard like we all do, but every now and then it gets on top of me. It’s been a busy Xmas and new year with work and the early starts get to me. Letting go is really difficult as I still think....yes I can do that, then find out, I can’t. Everyone knows how that is, just gets me down from time to time.
But only the good die young....I’m going to live for ever 😁. Thanks for your comment 👍🏻

You moan all you like! We’ve all been there and may be there again. The fantastically giving but to this site is that we all know a bad day and as such can and do, support each other through it.
It is stressful enough when feeling such pain and fatigue, knowing you’ve got to get into work but having employees that depend on you, well that’s a heavy load to carry.
I hope things turn around for you soon. Take care
