I must have accidentally deleted an email I need to click on. I can’t access personal messages , please resend email.

Hi Narniesangel,

could you be a bit more specific? There are different types of admins on here. Is this an email to you from NRAS or HU? If from NRAS what was the nature of the email as there are a number of different depts here and they are not linked to HU.

Me n technology not always a good thing, I use iPad to access this forum. Across the bottom tab bar I have home. Communities. Notifications. Messages. I have 8 messages showing but when I click on them it says one final step. To access messages you must click on the link in the email we sent. So I now think it’s HU not nras. Could you please advise how I may resolve this.

To send and receive private messages on this forum you must first click on the email sent. That’s the exact message

Hi Narniesamgel73

It sounds like when you originally joined HU you were sent a confirmation email with a link in it that you have to click to confirm that the email address you used is a valid address. Once you’ve clicked on that you should be able to access your private messages in HU.

If you can’t find that email (try searching your inbox for ’Healthunlocked’) then there is probably a way to resend it.

If you are still stuck then the Health Unlocked admin / support should be able to help you.

You hit the nail on the head with the problem being the original conformational email with a link in. I tried searching and no longer have it. How do I get in touch with admin please for a resend? Many thanks Karla

You could check your spam / junk mail folder to see if it’s in there, or your deleted mails folder.

Failing that:

support.healthunlocked.com/...

Hopefully this link will take you to the page that you need to fill in to contact them.

I’m not sure as my profile will look different, but I would imagine if you look around your profile settings that it will say something somewhere about not having clicked on the confirmation email and there will probably be an option to resend it somewhere. Sorry I can’t be more specific as, like I say, my profile has been linked so won’t have the same content as yours.
