Feeling helpless 2day. Only did a bit of hoovering 2day etc & felt exhausted. Was also in a lot of pain with pain with my hands the pain seems 2 be getting worse. 😢 sorry every1 just letting off steam x

It will get better when you get the right meds. I don’t think the tiredness goes but the pain does get better. Chin up xxx

I agree. Let off steam. I cant do my house work. I use pip to have help in house so well done for what you can do. Hopefully you will improve. ☺

I am very sorry for you, but that is RA. When I got it, I turned from an active human being into someone who just wanted to stay in bed and cry. Gradually I learnt that what was important was to take control and set my priorities. Within 6 months, I was on top of it by listening to my body, prioritising, my consultants support and being kind to myself. Do only the essentials and allow yourself to rest. Medication will eventually help you a lot. I am in my 9th year of living with RA and live and full and active life. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, I hope you are too. All the very best.

Everyone needs a safety valve and if you can't do it here where can you? I suspect we have all been where you are and had to struggle with the symptoms of RA. So, have a rant if you need to. We're here to support you. Hugs
