Still in treedous pain need it shift as food shopping tomorrow had to ring in sick for work xx

Don't do tramadol to strong for me co codamol and naproxen

Oh dear such a shame. Plus all normal meds I do dihydrocodien & paracetamol 4 times a day as i cant do teamadol it seems to send me a bit nutty ..... well ...... mire nutty 😂. Would you consider online delivery? I dont, didnt like the substitutes and got too complicated. It was many years ago so maybe thats imoroved.

I shop online -home delivery -you can opt out pf substitutes but It is normally a different brand of the same product and price promise means it doesnt cost any more -infact creates a saving,.i am sure it is easier now than years ago.i dont have to carry heavy tins/bags of dog food which is bulk of my home shop ,,get shopping picked and delivered at a time to suit ,me all for £1,
