Individual Funding Requests for a particular medication

Hi everyone,

I wonder if you can help. We're looking for a couple of patient stories/testimonials about their experience of having their consultant have to apply for funding for a particular drug to the CCG which is outside of the normal NICE pathway for biologics/biosimilars and how they got on with that, what their experience was, did they get it? How long did they have to wait? etc.

IFRs are not generally needed for standard DMARDs, just the more expensive biologics/biosimilars.
