Yes. Why do they put my tiny methotrexate tablets in blister packs so that when I try to push them out with my fumbly fingers they ping across the room and I have to (short sightedly) search for them on my hands and knees on the floor? 😏
If you ask your pharmacist they will put them in a bottle for you...but ask them to release the childproof cap.....fighting to push that down is as frustrating as trying to push the tablets through the foil!
Ah, that we will make it easy packaging.... They never thought that some times the old way was best.
Ring pulls on tins of soup, tear here, pull the tiniest tab that you can put onto an item.
Grrrrr, I know just what you mean Attel! I don't suppose you just mean meds either.
Just to say to others too though that my pharmacy puts all my tablets/capsules in a bottle so that I don't have to use blister packs anymore. They also put on an ordinary lid and not a childproof top making my med taking a whole lot easier. It might be worth asking next time you take a prescription in.

Matilda_1922 - it probably won't work with pill bottles, but OXO Good Grips Jar Opener has been a miracle worker for me. That and an automatic battery-powered can opener are necessities.
